In 2006 Samuel Akeju, Esq. along with other legal experts were invited by the American Bar Association, in conjunction with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), to come up with an article dealing with the the Analysis of the 1997 Civil Procedure Rules of the Republic of Philippines.
